How to Order - It’s easy to send your order today!

• Print out and complete a Quilt Services Order form to send with your quilt. You may also phone us to place your order.
• Prior to beginning quilting, we will calculate the quilting charges and send an estimate for your approval.
• If you need help in filling out the order form, see our Quilting Services Order Help page or contact us via phone or email.

To obtain the shortest turn-around time, contact us before you send your quilt so that we can schedule your project ASAP. Our turn around time after the date quilting is scheduled to start is usually about two to three weeks in house although that may vary. Rush orders are accepted only with prior arrangement to negotiate scheduling and arrange for any additional charges.

How to pack:

• Fold the quilt and backing carefully so it will not wrinkle more than necessary.
• Wrap and seal your project in plastic for shipping purposes only, to protect it from moisture which may be encountered during shipping.
  Note: Do not store any quilted items long-term in plastic. This is precautionary and only for shipping.
  
Include Quilting Services order form in the box. Lay it on top of the plastic wrapped project.

As a security precaution do not use the word "QUILT" anywhere on your shipping label or package. There have been reports of stolen quilts when it was obvious that the package contained one.

Payment

• Upon completion of your project an Invoice will be sent. Payment in full must be received and cleared prior to return shipping.
• We accept Paypal payments, checks, or money orders. (If we receive a personal check, the quilt may be held until the check clears our bank.) Send Paypal payments to lmoon@andrews.edu

Our Shipping Policy:

• Your project will be returned in protective plastic. To prevent deterioration, please remove immediately; we do not recommend long-term storage in plastic.
• Your project will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured. You will be charged actual shipping, insurance and handling costs, typically $12 - $18 total for the average quilt.
• Return shipments will be insured for $100 or the cost of the quilting service if it is greater. If you want to insure it for more, please let us know so we can arrange for that.
• Expedited shipping and other carriers may be available upon request.
